The Segev Kitchen Garden, a new restaurant in Hod Hasharon, Israel, was designed by Studio Yaron Tal as a greenhouse with herbs hanging from the walls, ceiling, and growing out of containers between the tables. The chef actually uses these herbs in the dishes he cooks. The ultimate in form and function, and of course, passions that drive us!
